      Pros

      Managers and mentors really want to help you learn. They will take time, review code, be encouraging, and give great constructive feed back. Everyone at the company is super nice and the work was enjoyable.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was confusing on what I should be doing, but once you start taking more initiative and do more things on your own it gets a lot better.

      They pay on time. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      Top Executives can't figure out what is important. Current sales team can't find good work. Constant layoffs. Best people have left or let go.
