      -good pay (if you stay with them for over a year) - cool office

      Cons

      -CEO Matt Allen hires junior recruiters, waits until they make a few hires, then waits till they quit or terminated so management can reap the commissions

      • Technical Training • Plethora of tools provided • You’ll have positions to work on day 1 • Ability to run a full desk and encouraged to build your own brand/business within VerticalMove

      Cons

      It is an agency environment, you’re given the tools and training, then it’s sink or swim. You either have the skin for agency recruiting culture or you don’t.
