Pros
-Company pride; the craftsmanship of our products are truly impressive (both the designs and the builds) -Enjoyable coworkers for the most part -Company culture is always improving (still room for improvement) -Opportunity to learn new things and move around within the company -Free gym membership & industry pro deals
Cons
-Middle management isn’t very competent or motivating -With all of the focus on data collection, it often feels like there is a lack of trust in employees -Pay is below average, as is PTO and holidays. For a climbing company, I would expect more flexibility to come with lower pay. But it seems they just reduced both.
