      Pros

      The company is nice to work for you if you don’t mind staying in the same role without any opportunities for advancement or acknowledgement of a job well done.

      Cons

      Dominating the US tax engine space but sitting on decades old technology, leadership that is not innovative, driven or passionate. For a space (tax) full of intelligent women, the only woman in a leadership role is HR.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
