      Great company culture with very seasoned leadership that's focused on the people. Great product market fit and clear path to where we're going as a company.

      Cons

      Overall a bit too reactive and under resourced from a marketing perspective compared to our competitors.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
