      Pros

      Not many recently. You get to work from home is the only thing that comes to mind.

      Cons

      They started firing people without warning. Company lost the family values that it once had and a lot of turn over. Don’t let them fool you with “best place to work in Philly” this is a thing of the past.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
