      Family oriented organization. Pleasure to work with. Currently trying to organize itself for new opportunities in the future. Fantastic co-workers

      Getting layoff due to product retirement. Handle the process very well. They are making sure everyone is OK given the circumstances. Timing is never right to get layoff. CEO retiring-Great individual.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
