Pros
Unlimited vacation and The ability to work remotely if needed. If you like snack then you will be happy about Costco. I personally care about a decent pay and not free sodas.
Cons
Bad politics, disconnected CEO who totally underestimated the employees abilities and lot of favoritism. Even if you are smart you can’t success unless you are the “one” !!
