      You are treated fairly, CEO is a great person, pay is decent, has good health benefits and CEO is easy going. Great company and great values.

      Senior tech is rude, arrogant, says hateful things about different groups and likes to micro manage everyone

      Small company. Privately Held Limited career growth due to flat hierarchy and long tenure of leadership positions No budget for travel unless you're part of the executive team Market awareness is not as high as key competitors, but getting better

      It’s very rewarding because of the hands on labor, especially when your mountains the hard ware. Also trying to figure out how you can do things better to help the other service technicians.
