Pros
People, great friendships and working relationships. Able to learn many new things. Lots of overtime if you wanted it. Swing shift worked well for me. The mill people on all sides worked well together to keep everything running with what we had. 401K
Cons
Ownership changed hands and new owners didn't want us. The mill was closed down. Previous owner believed in a run until fail mentality which put us in horrible shape. My outlook on the company is thumbs down because of the mill closure and how they have had several opportunities to sell the mill for a profit and let people get back to work but have chosen to leave it shuttered.
