We do believe in transparency and communication and we've done a lot to improve in it, Though there are always blind spots during organizational changes so thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since January 2023, we have been doing two times a year compensation research through ongoing third-party market research. By this, we ensure all of our employees are being compensated fairly and appropriately and we make sure our compensation and total rewards are aligned with the industry standards.
