We were sad to hear your dissatisfaction from our leadership. Nowadays we understand that our high-speed industry pushes us to adjust. As a company as teams and as individuals - therefore from time to time we need to observe whether our current structure fits our challenges and create better conditions to reach our goals with satisfied employees. We launched an anonymous satisfaction survey so we could let employees share their feedback on our CEO. By this, we've set a ground for improvement.
