      The toxicity can be quite funny

      Cons

      The pay is low and everyone would moan about each other the second they left the room. There is no room for progression and the ELT think they are gods next gift.

      Possibility for hybrid WFH schedule PTO is okay not terrible, not awesome (Honestly, these aren’t even really cons, just personal preferences)
