Absolutely no direction whatsoever. There is no communication from the top down and everyone in management is unable to make a decision. They promote friends and incompetent people only. Employees work hard only to find out they are either working on a cancelled project/program or the wrong thing all together. They need to change the words on the wall from accountability, respect, and teamwork to finger pointing, chaos, and incompetence. Whatever you do...no matter what they tell you or try to sell you.. DON'T WORK HERE. This place will bring out the worse in you and it won't be pretty. They are currently cutting staff and positions like crazy-not worth it at all.
