Pros
- Great Coworkers in my experience.
- Easy to negotiate hours if coworkers have good relationships with each other.
Cons
- Poor management and lack of managers in all stores leads to sales assistants like myself doing all of the work a manager should do, without any of the training or additional pay, but getting all of the blame if something goes wrong or isn't completed.
- Hours are inconsistent and rotas are not made far enough in advance for employees.
- Poor quality clothes and strict uniform policy to only wear clothes from store that are in stock (despite no uniform allowance and just 50% off full price items and low stock of new clothing).
