Pros
The culture at Vero is very natural and genuine and I felt part of the team from day one. Everyone's very thoughtful, caring, smart and humble - zero politics, all just passionate about building a great product and company. I've been there for 8 months now and I can honestly say this has been my experience every day!
The company's still small, but growing fast, so there are lots of opportunities to make an impact and work on big and exciting projects.
Most of the team are remote so there's a team retreat every year!
Cons
I'm in a remote role so I don't get a whole lot of in-person time with the team, which can take a while to get used to - but there are some great processes and tools in place, and everyone's great at communicating and jumping on video calls, getting together when they can, and there's the team retreat ! And you have the flexibility to work from different places!
