Disfunctional to say the least - Sales Associate Vernacular Employee Review

Not really any cons good place to work

Stores generally have cute items, employee discount, managers and other sales associates are great people, only giving two stars for the amazing people that I worked with and how the company used to be, but as they expand they lose themselves

Lack of restocking items makes store empty, customers coming in and wondering why it's so empty but there's no consistent restock days anymore, hours randomly get cut even after you have the schedule, used to be fun but is now just stressful since there are no clothes and you don't know if your hours will get cut or not, communication problems from office to stores, social media presence is lacking and the website is terrible, everything is always sold out, don't even waste your time coming into an empty store and a website with nothing, owners are out of touch with stores and social media, pay is not great and they don't have benefits or do holiday pay
