Hopefully it won’t be around much longer. HIG private equity group will sell and it will get split up. HR department are always happy as they are least threat from being pushed to revolving door. Under constant scrutiny from Notified Bodies and Quality Control so now so product quality is better. This week anyway.

After 30 years in Medical Devices and Healthcare. Can categorically say.. this is worst company in that sector in UK. Do not work there. For your own sanity and career protection. Once there you will be tarred with Vernacare stink. That’s why those that say are there. No one will take them. Career coffin !!! Ask any one who worked there.

If only I had read the review before starting I would have known not to start this job. I wondered how a company could miss manage its staff so badly. It’s just a big nightmare of a company do not work there. Full of liars and backstabbers “ Welcome to Vernacare, where dreams go to die, and so does your will to live.. Management style? Think Game of Thrones, but without the budget or the dragons — just constant backstabbing and a fire-breathing managers. The culture is a mix between a cult and a sinking ship, and somehow you’re expected to be grateful for the experience.”

See above it’s a poor company.
