Pros

1. Good pay+bonus+fancy stuffs if you are manager or higher. 2. Laptops, headphones, and all accessories like pen, notepad, Gym, Stapler, Courier Covers, tea, snacks are provided 3. Shuttle and cab facilities are helpful 4. Ok if you are a fresher or have low experience like 1 or 2 yrs

Cons

1.Stale projects and arrogant management 2.Developer got to report to 5+ TLs, and 3+ managers at the same time. 3.Even a simple leave requests will result in escalation if you don't get approval from all of your leads and managers. 4.Work life balance will be laughed at and terribly screwed. 5.Will squeeze the juice out of you and will be fired silently and immediately if your managers don't like you. 6.Wonderful politics because of downsizing and cost cuts. 7.rare/no onsite opportunities 8.Employee suicide rates are high and have witnessed news being curbed from leaking out to media by management. 9.Disdainful culture. 10. Employees will be valued based on their pay scale. The less the pay, the more desirable the profile. Anybody with 10+years of exp and 15+lakhs of package - US Management screws them first and pushes them out of the system immediately. Have witnessed 2 such occurances 11. Employees loyalty will be laughed at. Definitely not the place to stick around if you are getting older

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
