      1) Challenging environment 2) IB backend work 3) PPT and Excel work, get to learn a lot! 4) Pay is good as compared to other IB KPO's 5) Bi-annual appraisals 6) Cabs are provided

      Cons

      1) Long working hours (9.30 to 8 minimum) 2) Work life balance gets badly hampered, you lost connection with your better ones 3) Can't leave / log off without taking permission from manager / staffer 4) No mobile phones allowed in office 5) Food is not good 6) Saturday working sometimes 7) Hectic work as meet to deadlines everyday 8) No proper training schedule 9) No long term growth 10) High attrition rate because of work culture maybe 11) No HR trainings to motivate the employees

      Pros

      - For a fresher it is a good place to start. - Benefits like cafeteria, insurance and Transportation

      Cons

      - Notice period is 3 months too long - A lot of micro management. Even if you are 2 min late you are questioned. Strict 8 hour login and more if you have work or dumped work - No scope for your ideas. You are just a puppet - You cannot question. you only need to do what is told. If you dont, you are put on PIP - Interviews are taken based on how good you look. - Very bad politics. All the managers know how to put the blame on others. So be careful - Too biased. - only 1 way to survive. Lose your self respect and be their good slave.
