Employees were terminated after being with the company from 20 to 40+ years with no severance pay. Only compensated with 2 weeks' pay. Not a good way to treat hard working loyal people that are close retirement age that wanted to keep working. Company hired several people within the past year to do the same job with less experience. You're just a number. Management has no idea what it takes to do this job. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that they are not even aware of that you don't get credit for.
