Thanks for your candid review. Communicating strategy to all levels of Veritiv is important to senior leadership, so it's clear that in your case that hasn't been communicated effectively. The company values input as shown by our Continuous Improvement Program, but the company continues to strive to listen to new and diverse ideas and opinions. As for Mary's comment about earnings, she was being as candid and honest as you were in your review. None of senior leadership views revenues and earnings as a laughing matter and have a clear, focused strategy in finishing integration and optimizing processes so that our customers have a better experience with Veritiv and the company can improve margins and make more money.
