      Pros

      TONS of opportunity for growth. Don't expect it to fall in you lap, go out there and get it. This is a solid job.

      Cons

      It starts off temp to hire, I'm not a fan of that with any company. It can leave employees on the edge because noting is guaranteed until you sign the dotted line
