I started working with Veristrat in 2011 and I was hesitant in first to work with this company as it did not have big brand name but I was wrong. Being a small company I was given a great platform to provide my inputs for the growth In my career. The management is welcoming and supportive of your needs. Today I feel I made the right decision to be the part of this company which improved my working skills and made me achieve my goals. Great place for women to work.

Only thing I would improve is to get more vacation days.

I am working with this company for last two years as a Valuation Analyst. I have seen growth in terms of work and knowledge. The company is moving in the positive direction. They are doing so many rewards and recognition, training activities to motivate employees, be productive. I can say it is a good place to start your career and also for the experienced professional who is looking for a new challenge.

They are trying their level best to build a good environment for their staff. But as we say everything new thing takes sometimes to create the best out of it.
