Pros
I appreciate working with smart, motivated people who "get it'. That's good for the company and good for my individual progress. The same goes for working in a sector with technology that is cutting edge and in demand. It's also great to be part of a team that is all focused on the same goal with no politics.
Cons
This is a start-up. There's never enough people, budget, or time. Things change, a lot, as it adjusts to customer and market feedback. You've got to be agile.
