Pros
The atmosphere was very professional, and I sincerely liked everyone I worked with. The company provided resources needed to get work done. Feedback was supportive and positive.
Cons
Despite being a software development position, the work was primarily testing a mature platform. It's a good place for a company to be, but not good for someone who wants to make new things.
