Fast growing company, lots of opportunity. They also work hard at looking after employees - I've never worked at a company that puts this amount of energy into growing employees and helping them be successful.

None that i can think of.

The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. In the office, there is a close knit environment that kindles professional friendships and a comfortable place for questions and immediate help. No matter what position you hold, you will at some point work with our India team as well who are all extremely kind and eager to help. Everyone who is currently here wants to be here and it really shows, creating a thriving office environment. There seems to be great room for growth if you choose to go above and beyond. Showing the ability to perform your job at an excelled level will surely get you promoted within a few months.

I wouldn’t exactly call this a con, but the office is definitely small so needless to say it needs to remain a drama free zone. This is avoided by heavily vetting each candidate that applies for a position and ensuring they will fit in properly with the staff.
