The benefits are all sub-par. They use Aetna for health insurance, and my monthly premium is higher than any previous employer and I get less coverage. For 401K, they match at 50% up until $2000k a year. But since IRS contribution limit for 2022 is $20,000.... This is incredibly meager. So if you want to max your 401k contribution, you have to put in $18k to their $2k (if you're good at math, you'll easily see that this is NOT a 50% match). The vacation policy is absolutely laughable. First, it goes by years of experience with Verint, not years of experience in industry. So even if you come in with 20 years of work experience, you'll have the same vacation time as someone fresh out of college. And that's only 20 days a year, plus 2 floating holidays. But, what they don't tell you until after you start, is that you are forced to use 4 of those days the last week of the year, whether you want to or not. So, you only have 18 days for the other 51 weeks. This is hands-down the worst policy I've ever come across, either from previous employers or from other companies I've interviewed with.
