      Pros

      They look after their staff when it comes to mental health, pay and sick leave. Work life balance is pretty good too

      Cons

      progression is pretty difficult, a lot of jumping through hoops. The product is also so huge that it's hard to care about.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
