      Work life balance is fair. Training courses available. Internal mobility is common, so you can switch roles

      Cons

      Projects and past customer commitments are major force, blocking the freedom of creation for Product Management. Practically there is nearly no product management but rather projects compliance.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
