Pros
Not many unfortunately. There are a lot of good people at Verint but again unfortunately I didn't work for them. Those that I did work for didn't appreciate what they had but I think that is the norm at Verint-they don't appreciate the good employees they have. Only the upper management seems to be appreciated but it is the average Joe's that are doing all the work. I saw terrible lack of professionalism by middle management (whom BTW should NEVER have been put in a management position!)and disrespectful treatment of full-time Verint employees whilst part-time temps that played the manipulation and kiss the ring games were treated better. My first 3 years at Verint were great and I truly believed that the company culture would get better but it has done nothing but get worse. Not once did the CEO's speak to me ( or any of the lower echelon employees) when they were in the office and that shows a huge lack of character. They are too busy trying to sell and are not caring that what they are selling needs to work first - too many customer complaints-the Customer Service reps are some of the hardest working people I knew whilst there but they are WAY underappreciated and are not treated with the respect they deserve by their managers. I'm not sure how they will stay in business with the way they conduct themselves but good luck to all of them that I left behind.

They should be paying attention to the exit interviews and getting rid of those that treat others with disrespect and unprofessional ism.
