      Eagerness to get things done, cohesive groups, dog friendly office, loads of resources, fantastic benefits, smart & kind co-workers

      A little disorganized, but that’s to be expected with a startup. They’re quickly finding a groove.

      Most of the team was very smart, and much of the work was very interesting.

      Cons

      Chaotic team structure, lots of red tape, confusing project ownership, too many overlapping people on some projects, while not enough for others.
