Super smart yet humble and helpful colleagues, Google perks, tremendous funding, fast growth with many opportunities to take on leadership roles, meaningful and innovative projects that will revolutionize healthcare, decent work-life balance compared to most other hardware companies
Cons
Many projects are done in partnerships with other companies; this translates to sometime not having total absolute control in product direction. Many processes are still being defined but managers are receptive and appreciated of feedbacks.
