      They're good with holiday bonuses

      Cons

      No proper onboarding training. No clear SOP. One sided management. Doesn't accept suggestions to nobody. Management doesn't care what's really happening. Employees have their different agenda and rumors to each other. No due process. They say they have due process during onboarding but they don't follow it in real life. I've experienced sexual harassment but management didn't care. They don't have clear structure to things. They love the phrase "We're a family"

      Toxic leadership. Multiple EEOC lawsuits against this company. If you dare question leadership, you are either put on a PIP or dismissed as’ it a good culture fit’
