worklife balance, Flexi hours, stability, good clients like Apple, management encourages healthy lifestyle, badminton / carrom / cricket everyday in office grounds. Mainly European clients so no late night calls as compared to my last company which was working for US clients
Cons
time spent in office is monitored and leaves can get deducted if it falls below 37 hours per week.
