The only thing good about this is work from home.

I don't know where to start.... 1st they will promise you a good joining bonus, which you will never receive. 2nd, there are Two team leaders here, one won't reply to your queries and the other one she will be constantly on your head for anything always breathing down on your neck. she will be texting you 24hours Even on weekends for work, as she doesn't have a life outside work so will make sure you don't have one. 3rd, if you are having a doubt on the work you did and you ask help from the Tl/Atl, they will mark you error and get paid for it but won't help you. 4th every month 10 people will join this organization out of which only 2 will stay remains 8 will either be terminated or absconded. 5th there is no job security, you will always be worried when will be your last day as there is no system of warning letters, they will just remove your login and you won't be able to log back. so If you think thar you will have fun working from home here, that is not going to happen, they will make you feel like slave, demorale you, make you doubt yourself, you will not be working as an AR but as an calling executive person. on EVEN DAY THEY WILL PROMOTE YOU AND ON ODD DAY THEY WILL DEMOTE YOU. I feel sad for my ATL. Think twice before you join you will get a better opportunity else where you don't have to work in this negative horrible work culture .
