Pros
Generally good business ethics. Mediocre benefits. Generally abide by state and federal guidelines with maybe a small step above minimum requirements.
Cons
Their commitment to their code of ethics is laughable. They do attempt to provide benefits but have proven it is just a cheap way to say they offer certain leave options. Have zero remorse for loss of wages. They goal to a ridiculous standard with lowering YOY traffic and revenue (plan pricing has been reduced, thus reducing profits in lower traffic environments). They do not respond to multitudes of misconduct complaints. Reward fraudulent behaviors with promotions. Do not reward hard work and dedication. Very little respect for personal time, expect calls during vacations, weekends, and more. Does not yet practice what is preached. Go through leaps and bounds to create an illusion of trust and support for frontline teams without providing action to back that illusion up with facts.
