Poor Upper Management/Leadership - Anonymous Employee Verdex Construction Employee Review

Horrible communication with upper management/leadership. For a company that preaches open door policy and transparency amongst staff, there are more closed door meetings than there is communication. They are failing to include key employees in meetings that directly affect their jobs and the project health. There are inner circle groups on both coast that has been happening for years and is still not addressed. Lack of support - upper management does not step up or step in when project management teams and superintendent teams are struggling and need assistance. Instead they are left to defend themselves to the owner and VP’s during reviews.
