Pros

-Lots of autonomy and trust, no element of micromanagement -high performing teams filled with people who enjoy their work - Very collaborative business, people always happy to lend a hand - Overall the company culture is very strong, and the best I've experienced - Friendly, down-to-earth Exec team - Company listens to new ideas that could potentially innovate - A strong disruptor in the space that provides people with bigger opportunities than larger competitors

Cons

- bonuses tend to fluctuate and haven't been great for a while -while the company culture is strong, there are individuals who are, for lack of a better word, toxic. Because of the value they bring to the business, this is ignored -Progression pathways not clear across some areas of the business, although hires have been made to remedy this

Pros

Verdantix has always treated me fairly and made me feel valuable. The firm makes you feel like you're part of the family, it's a relatively small workforce so you get to know your coworkers really well. Opportunity to learn and refine skills as a worker in the research industry. The work/life balance is great -- I've only had to work very late a few times and it was because there was a big project to close out. Verdantix is really a must join firm if you love talking about and researching technology

Cons

I've been at Verdantix for 2 years and I cant think of any major cons; It is a UK-based firm that has a few US-based employees which can be concerning but the UK-based managers try their best to make themselves available and the US-based team can almost always help address any questions.
