Pros
Friendly team, but lacking knowledge of the client's guideline so couldn't help much when there was an issue. It's a decent enough vendor if only they could up their support towards their freelance translators.
Cons
Unpaid invoices for more than 6 months - and running. There are many freelancers who are still waiting for their invoices to be paid, invoices that are due in April 2020. They cite the pandemic as the reason, but the end client has paid them. Many vendors are suffering as well because of the pandemic, but they are the only vendor with whom I collaborate who has failed to pay after 6 months. They ask freelancers to be patient, but freelancers are being hit hard by the pandemic, too, and could really use their payment. What's worse: they have stopped replying to emails.
