Pros
The middle management on down have a great working relationship together. Great benefits/compensation Paid-volunteer program lets employees (with 1+ yr of experience) volunteer (wherever they chose) during work hours, while receiving pay and not sacrificing time-off.
Cons
Little to no communication from Senior Management regarding important issues or changes. Senior Management "backbone" is lacking. Even though we have alot of vacation time, its near impossible to use it.
