Big organization with a good mix of people and cultures. Great for networking and learning from different parts of the business.
Cons
Poor Management. They promote competitiveness rather than team work. Being such a big company, it is difficult to figure out where to get information or support from in the organization. They don’t have processes written or in place, so you find a lot of barriers to get your job done, even when it comes to very simple tasks. Poor training and on boarding experience. Objectives and role description very unclear. Difficult to genuinely learn and grow. You might get promoted, but people don’t grow in their careers with strong fundamentals and skills. They have systems in place to promote inclusiveness, gather employee feedback, etc. However these aren’t genuine or with a strong background. It feel like they are there just to tick boxes.
