Typical huge multinational - part of the machine - Accounting Supervisor Veolia Employee Review

Very political, no real growth unless you were in the "in" crowd. I made numerous requests to get more involved due to my knowledge of the operations we had (I was there 7 years), which led to.......nothing. I did generate a massive amount of revenue/cost savings from an Accounting role which covered my personal payroll costs to the company (over $1m) and still no kudos from Senior Management. I don't miss it one bit......
