My team is great. A lot of smart people, with smart management. Interesting projects with the view to use new technology, open source, etc. Amazing flexibility and work-life balance.
Cons
Salary is average compared to market value. Has seen some disruptive times over the years with change of leadership, though this seems to be stabilizing.
