      - Flexible working hours - Resources are not offloaded as soon as they are off loaded from client

      Cons

      - Attitude and serious behavioral issues of QA director - Deceiving policies related to Medical reimbursements (they claim that OPD is unlimited whereas OPD is taxable), Leave payments, and many more - Micromanagement from Project managers - Worst HR policies. -Salaries are not market competitive. -Bonuses and Increments are not market competitive
