Pros
Training provided, opportunities with the right people in the company and some great studio events.
Cons
Bullies within hierarchy of studios, training means they have reason not to give you a pay rise and it's hard to move upwards if you don't know the right people. Pushy sales techniques and incredibly expensive for people who can't afford it.
