Pros
The training is good, both for sales and ongoing development for photographers. Commission for the sales staff is quite good and achievable (when paid), but not for photographers.
Cons
This is the most pressured and abusive environment I have ever worked in. The photographers were lovely but the sales team and managers were awful. You're lured in with the promise of great career growth, but in reality you're just fighting against your colleagues to keep your position. The way customers are targeted and brought in is shameful, and the tactics used within the viewing to get final sales are unbelievable. I was consistently underpaid the commission I had earned, the manager refused to issue me a contract, and ended up firing me when she (incorrectly) suspected I was pregnant.
