      Pros

      Training is ongoing and progression routes are clear from the start - your targets are set and you’ll get the reward for hitting them. Office environment is good and everyone is friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Long hours, sometimes have to take work home with you so it can be difficult to switch off

      Pros

      I had a great experience as an intern in the Finance department. Everyone was so kind and willing to answer my questions. I felt welcomed and part of the team, and I felt that the work I was doing was actually making a difference
