In my experience I had the kuck to find very skilled people in technical departments and to work in a friendly atmosphere. The salary is quite good and we have some really nice benefits, above all the medical insirance and the travel generous discounts.
Cons
We don't have so much training opportunities, often too much burocracy and a lot of "politics". The HR team doesn't do his job. The management team is completely opaque: they are hiding real corporate goals.
