The culture here is not what it seems once you are on the inside. First few weeks seem great and everyone is nice but once you get settled its like a fight for survival. If you aren't 'in' with the management team then you find yourself gone very quickly. I have seen some amazing talent come and go. Favouritism is rife and it's like high school gangs. Huge lack of good leadership with poor examples being set by those that are supposed to be the management team. Believing in the vision and working hard means nothing if you aren't 'in' with the old time crew there.
What I thought was an opportunity to do good, grown professionally, work with some awesome people turned into a nightmare and a huge kick to my self confidence. Being away from there now really opens your eyes to how bad it really was. The people and culture team are awful and aren't really there to support the people. Feedback isn't taken on board and you are not made to feel like you are part of a team, more like an enemy if you aren't in agreement with the leadership team. They say be open, honest and no silent disagreement, but this isn't what they really want.
