Hi there Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I am truly sorry that you found this in your time in Vend - it's not ok, and i don't wish this on anyone. Even though it's tough to read, I think you made some fair points. As we have grown in size our employee experience has not been as great as it could be for some. I've recently started at Vend in the Chief People Officer role and my goal is simply to make Vend the best place to work. Recent results suggest we are on the right track - with the score from our engagement survey that was sent out this week up 8 points from where it was six months ago and now sitting above the global technology company benchmark. It's been a journey, but we're feeling good about seeing that positive increase. Our managers and their respective leadership styles are going to constantly evolve, but i do believe that promoting people who show potential vs hiring externally is still a practice we will continue to follow - we want our people to grow at Vend. Sometimes it’s not so smooth for them or their new team, and we are looking at ways we can support them more in this transition.
